The fifth annual DC/Maryland/Virginia High School Hammer Throw State Championships is Sunday, June 12, 2011 at Falls Church High School, Falls Church VA.  This year's event is dedicated to the memory of Harold Connolly (who had attended, coached, and/or volunteered at this event in the previous four years).  This meet is open to high school-age throwers of any state, and there is another flight for youth/open/masters throwers.  For more details, please go to pvtc.org and contact Tony Dziepak: dziepak "at" gmail "dot" com.
