Senior Brad Bolton (El Toro, Lake Forest, CA) gave a verbal commitment recently to throw at the University of Michigan next season. Bolton, had the third best mark in the nation last season and ranks 23rd on the U.S. all-time list, has a personal best of 225'8".

In speaking with HSHammer.com, Bolton said "I am excited to have the opportunity to work with great, experienced coaches like Coach Fred  LaPlante and Coach Mo Saatara who have confidence in my ability to throw far at Michigan.  I was also influenced by Michigan's  outstanding academic reputation and by the college town atmosphere of Ann Arbor." Michigan throws coach Mohamad Saatara is in his first season at Michigan after coaching eight seasons and developing a first class program at Northern Arizona University.
