Drew Staskiewicz had one chance this season to break his own state record in the hammer throw. The Nebraska Jr. Olympics at Doane College in Crete on June 13th. With intermittent light rain, Drew managed a best of 193' 2" from the wet throwing ring. Just three feet short of his state record from last season.
