Skipper breaks state record to start 2011 season

Senior Greg Skipper (Oregon City, OR) opened his season with a new personal best and new Oregon state record at the Willamette Falls Invitational. Skipper, who has committed to throw at the University of Oregon next year, held the previous state record with his personal best of 223'8" from last season.
