Championships at Marietta Sixth Grade Academy, Marietta, GA on March 2, 2013.
Her third throw of 55.56m (182’03”) broke Casey Kraychir’s (Twentynine Palms, CA)
national sophomore class record of 180’04” set at an All Comers meet at Mesa
Community College, Mesa AZ on July 9, 2008. Sabrina went on to extend the
record to 56.24m (184’06”) on her sixth throw.

Although the 3k hammer (girls) and 5k hammer (boys) throw are not normally contested
in the U.S. it is conducted in some meets at the Youth level. Girls 3k performances
of 140’ and boys’ 5k performances of 160’ or more in an officially sanctioned
meet will be included in the performance list providing the athlete is 16 or 17
years old through December 31, 2013 (born in 1996 or 1997) in accordance with
IAAF guidelines for Youth Athletes.
