Casey Kraychir (Twentynine Palms, CA) improved her nation leading mark, California state record, and moved to up to fourth on the national all-time list with a new personal best of 194'11". Her new best was one of the few among the nation's best last week. None of the top ten boys improved. On the girl's side, Robyn McFetters (Barrington, RI) also improved by five feet to move ninth on the national performance list. Boys’ 5k performances of 160’ or more in an officially sanctioned meet will be included in the performance list providing the athlete is 16 or 17 years old through December 31, 2010 (born in 1993 or 1994) in accordance with IAAF guidelines for Youth Athletes.
